Shipping to any United Kingdom destination 

Delivery Costs and Estimated Time of Arrival

  • Standard delivery: £5.99 (1-2 Working days if order is placed before 12p.m on the previous day)
  • Free Delivery: on orders over £200 (1-2 Working days if order is placed before 12p.m on the previous day)
  • Guaranteed Next Day delivery: £12.00 (Order is placed by 12p.m on the previous day)
  • Next Day delivery before 12 Noon: £15.00 (Order is placed by 12p.m on the previous day)
  • Next Day delivery befoe 10:30a.m: £20.00 (Order placed by 12p.m on the previous day)
  • Saturday delivery before 10:30a.m: £35.00 (Order placed by 12p.m on the Friday-excludes Bank Holidays)
  • Saturday delivery before 12 Noon: £30.00 (Order placed by 12p.m on teh Friday-excludes Bank Holidays)

Notes:

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery delays may occur during peak periods (e.g., public health emergencies or supply disruptions).

 

🔁 Returns & Refunds


PPE Product Return Policy (due to hygiene & safety regulations):

Non-returnable items (unless faulty):

  • Face masks (disposable or reusable)
  • Respirators & filters
  • Opened gloves, gowns, or coveralls
  • Hand sanitiser

 

We do not accept returns on PPE items that have been opened, used, and removed from sealed packaging for hygiene reasons.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

Please contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We will arrange a free return or replacement for faulty or incorrect items.

 

How to Return an Eligible Item

Email our customer support at sales@dragonppe.co.uk with your order number and a description of the return.

We will confirm eligibility and send you a return form and instructions.

Pack your item securely and send it back using a tracked service.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
