Free Local Delivery within 10 miles radius of SA72. 

Delivery Time: 2–4 working days

Courier: Royal Mail, DPD, or Hermes depending on order size and location

Express Delivery

Cost: £12.00 +VAT@20%

Delivery Time: 1–2 working days (Order by 1pm for same-day dispatch)

Courier: DPD Next Day or Royal Mail Tracked 24

Location: (SA72 - Pembrokeshire -UK Delivery)

Notes:

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery delays may occur during peak periods (e.g., public health emergencies or supply disruptions).

We do not accept returns on PPE items that have been opened, used, and removed from sealed packaging for hygiene reasons.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Please contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We’ll arrange a free return or replacement for faulty or incorrect items.

How to Return an Eligible Item

We'll confirm eligibility and send you a return form and instructions.

Pack your item securely and send it back using a tracked service.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
