All orders submitted through the Website are subject to acceptance by us.

An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order. Acceptance occurs when products are dispatched.

All prices displayed on the website are shown in GBP and include or exclude applicable taxes as indicated.

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Carriers or shipping providers.
  • Customs inspections or import procedures.
  • Weather events.
  • Strikes, labour disputes, or force majeure events.
  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

Cutomer not being available to recieve the shipped goods or the customer not providing an alternative drop off arrangement with the carrier. 

Risk of loss and title to products pass to the customer upon delivery unless otherwise required by applicable law.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our returns policy.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once opened, worn, customised, or used, except where required by law or where products are defective.

  • UKCA requirements

  • We shall not be liable for losses arising from misuse, improper fitting, inadequate maintenance, modification, or use of products outside their intended purpose.
  • Our total liability relating to any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim. 

Nothing in these conditions excludes liability that cannot be exculded under applicable law.
